My Approach
At Elevate Clinic the focus is on person to person healing. I am a primary care provider focused on holistic behavioral health. If we hit a road block, SPRAVATO Ketamine treatment can help to break it down; with a focus on providing a safe and supportive container so you can do your deepest work.
Meet Your Provider
Stephanie started out her career with 5 years of community based primary care. Here she discovered the frustration that comes in treating illness with medications alone. Most illness stems from unresolved issues deep within us. Many of our individual illnesses are result of larger societal dis-ease.
She transitioned to a large medical center on a surgery service, where she acquired experience and skills to manage acutely ill patients.
Stephanie started to connect many issues we face today with the unchecked and largely ignored mental health care crisis in our country. She started asking; how can I make a difference and help people address the root cause of their hurt? Through study, she discovered ketamine: a powerful tool for healing, growth and internal exploration.
She worked as a Lead Clinician for NW Ketamine Clinics, providing safe and supportive IV Ketamine Infusions to hundreds of patients. She obtained specialized training in Ketamine Assisted Therapy from Polaris Insight Center, based in San Francisco.

Our Mission
At Elevate Clinic the therapeutic relationship is the primary container for healing. We are present to hold compassionate space, safety and connection with you as needed. We rely on the innate and wise inner healer of each patient to guide treatment.
We believe in raising our own vibrations, we raise the vibrations of those around us. It is in these small ways that we can change ourselves and the world.
Set and Setting
The well known adage of set and setting refers to mind 'set' and the setting in which you take ketamine. Elevate was lovingly created with details that promote positive energy flow, healing vibrations and grounding earth elements. Get cozy with sweats, warm socks and an eye mask and we'll walk you through the wisdom traditions that best promote a healing journey.
